Beans can be used in various ways: The seeds taste mildly nutty and classic way served with bacon. But also in soups and stews beans are doing well. Since they contain a lot of valuable dietary fiber and also rich in minerals such as calcium and Magnesium, it also has a positive effect on our health.
The only catch is that beans are not absolute calorie bombs, but not exactly low in calories: 100 grams of it bring around 64 calories. For comparison: Green beans contain only 35 calories – so better here.
