The abdominal lift: this Exercise, also, your Baby is allowed on Board. You lay flat on your back on a blanket, head resting on a small pillow. Place your Baby face down on your belly and hold it firmly with both hands gently. If you have no injury pain, and set your legs loose on top of each other, otherwise, as closely as possible next to each other. Now the legs and Krenz against the floor presses and the pelvic floor-, abdominal – and gluteal muscles firmly contracted. Short, deep exhale through the mouth. Now inhale so that the stomach bulges up and the Baby will be rocked in the air. Muscles again tensing and the Exercise five times and repeat.
