Stand upright and open the legs shoulder width. Take the arms out to the side, turn the palms to the ceiling and bend the arms slightly. You move the arms slowly upward until the palms located approximately at the height of the shoulders. Springs and with the arms slightly back until you feel a stretch stimulus. Hold this Position for 10 to 15 seconds. Loosen shortly thereafter, the muscles and perform the Exercise five more times.
