You go in the all-fours position: The arms are stretched and touch vertically under the shoulders to the ground, the knees are under the hips. Now press the chest down and take the head in the nape of the neck (hollow cross). Hold this Position briefly. You roll, and then back to the top and bend the chin towards your chest (hump). Hold this Position for a few seconds. Perform the Exercise a total of ten times.
