Exercises with the Theraband
Whether you’re at home or in the gym, Exercises with the Theraband you can perform anywhere. They stand with both feet on the Theraband. Alternatively, you can kneel on the Band. Wrap the Ends of the tape firmly to your hands, so that the tape is already tensioned easily. Now pull the arms out to the sides until they are at shoulder height. Hold this Position for five seconds and let the arms slowly back down. Repeat the Exercise a total of ten times.
