You lay with your back on the floor, place the legs and place the arms at a right angle to the body. Tilt both knees to the right side, the head is turned to the left. Make sure that the back remains on the floor. Hold this Position for 10 seconds and then tilt the legs to the left side. The view goes to the right. Perform the Exercise five times per page.
