At the Yoga Exercise warrior, proceed as follows:

  1. Arms out to the sides at shoulder height to stretch out. Legs so far apart that the ankles at the level of the wrists. Left foot to the outside turn.
  2. Left leg bend. Right foot pressing into the ground, the outside of the foot should remain on the ground. Left knee to the height of the heel. Back stretch straight, entire body tensing. Five, hold for ten seconds, then switch sides.
