Absolutely everyone is able to provide himself with a good health and activity till extreme old ages. Physical training and different sport activities will help us with that. Nowadays, when financial estimate is just a vogue, I’m providing you with an example – sport activities are useful everywhere: on your work, in your family, in mode of life and in the intimate relationships.

Firstly, – improving cardiovascular and breathing systems. In our times of instant stress, rates of deaths that were caused by heart attacks and blood stroke are highly increased. This factor has to be on the top. Our respiratory and cardiovascular systems have their own huge reserves. These systems have ability to regenerate just by themselves as well as to train themselves on a par with muscles, bones and other organs. Concerning it, heart muscle is the same to other muscles, but, this muscle is the most important one, so we have to be careful coming to the cardiovascular training.

If you are about 20-40 years old and have never experienced any kind of heart diseases, it would be enough to start your exercises with moderate intensity. You should always watch after your pulse (it should not increase higher than 120 beats per minute after exercising or sport game)

If you are in your fortieths and have never done any sports or exercises, it’s necessary for you to turn to cardiologist. In any case, physical culture is useful, but having information about own heart will help you in making most safe training program.

The binding rule to everyone (in spite of your age) – you should start your training from minimal intensity. This will solve two most important troubles: the first one – not to harm and damage your organism by excessive intense, and the second is – do not train over, so that you will have only positive feeling towards all this stuff; provided that you have just joyful emotions towards your new occupation – it’s going to be very easy to train again and again.

The most secure way of increasing physical stress – add some repetitions in your exercise-set, when you feel that you are working under low intensity. But also, the one of the most important rules is to never take off the stress and amount of repetitions under no circumstances  (Exceptions – enduring or hard illness or very long break).

While doing sport exercises, your blood flow in working muscles is rapidly increased, so an amount of running capillaries is grown as well. As a result, – your metabolism goes wild. Oxygen consumption gets increased twofold (and it’s just while moderate, prophylactic physical stress). Our lungs try to provide us with oxygen supply. Exercises increase the amount of alveolus in the lungs, improving its space and breadth. Respiratory system of a trained person works very economically while rest, that’s because of the huge inner space of the lungs that make him breathing lesser. Living reserve of the lungs is increased as well. Scientists and doctors know that operatic singers and sportsmen almost never suffer from lung cancer and tuberculosis. It’s all up to increased lungs’ aeration.

The second stage of our training is strengthening muscular system, ligaments and tendons. If systematic exercises take place in your day-to-day life, an amount of capillaries in muscles increase, so it leads to high speed of your metabolism. Without that physical tension, blood flow decrease, capillaries contract, muscles turn flaccid and metabolism gets reduced. Enduring lack of exercise leads to decreased muscle strength.

Physical culture is able to solve (jointly with healthy nutrition) different old people’s problems, such as osteoporosis or osteochondrosis. It can’t be claimed that physical exercises bring rejuvenating effect. Feeling younger after training is just a display of processes happening inside human’s body.
