Alcohol is generally considered to be unhealthy, but a glass of red wine per day can have a positive impact on our health – particularly healthy dark Reds are supposedly. They are intended to protect against cardiovascular diseases, but also the risk for cancer or Alzheimer’s can reduce. However, the health-promoting effect of the wine has not been confirmed as yet, scientifically, even if the positive effect of red wine is documented to the heart is fairly good.
Should not overdo it with the consumption of wine, however, because too much alcohol can lead to a long term damage to the liver. You don’t drink any more so than a glass of red wine per day, and refer to it from time to time, instead of wine prefer a glass of red grape juice.
